Name, business email, organisation, area of interest, message, language, page of origin and date of the request. We do not use advertising cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

To respond to your request (pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request) and to send news, only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing within the NEXARIS Ecosystem

When a request concerns another entity in the ecosystem or a partner, only the necessary data is shared with that entity, and solely to respond to the request.

Retention

Data is retained for 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship justifies a longer period.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@nexaris.pt, and you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
